Solution Design
The first step in our process, Solution Design, begins with a request typically from a provider or clinician on behalf of our client. Our teams of designers assist with integrating these specialised solutions to the residents. We understand and advise on any building changes or upgrades required to deliver these solutions, before finalising project estimates and documentation to secure funding. This is often an iterative process, through which our design team remain in support until the project is approved. The next steps are focussed on project delivery.
Project Administration
Our Project Administration phase involves the important project approvals, contract frameworks & Building Approvals (where required). As a registered NDIS provider with QBCC Open Builder’s license, we have the necessary expertise and qualifications to finalise the regulatory framework ahead of commencing the works. Our administration team, work with the providers and funding agencies to ensure their requirements are met before handing over to the Project Management team.
Project Management
Our Project Management team work closely with our designers in the planning and procurement of the works. Our project teams maintain direct communications with our clients and their agents to ensure every element of the design is realised at project completion. Our team will engage all the necessary speciality competent persons to ensure quality outcomes. On completion our teams will provide any necessary certification and statutory instruments to ensure compliance with local and state building codes.
Ongoing Maintenance
On completion we remain in contact with our clients through our Service centre. Our call centre provides our client with peace of mind that should anything happen with their upgrade or generally within their dwelling J&D Contracting is available to assist 24 Hours a day 7 days a week.
