Aim of the Project:

To create an accessible TRUE level entry bathroom.

Our Team and what they did regards solution design/Project Management/Upgrades and Improvements:

• Assisted client with multiple quote options throughout NDIA approval process,
• J&D carries out preconstruction meetings with all stakeholders to ensure the client has full choice and control over all aesthetics.
• J&D works with prescribing OT to ensure all the client’s aesthetic selections still meet al functional requirements.
• J&D provided architectural drawings of proposed concept with detailed finishes schedule, facilitated all engineering requirements associated with structural slab alterations to facilitate level entry bathroom with compliant falls to waste,
• J&D coordinated works with in house disability worker screened trade professionals.

Any challenges and solutions used:

• Client requested additional works (out of NDIS scope), J&D documented changes, provided construction drawings, self-funded variation quote and confirmed changes with prescribing OT.
